Tried to tell me there is a $250 setup fee on a new phone upgrade for an existing customer. Talked to Verizon and they clarified there is no fee for trading early or after you're ready for an upgrade. Last time I'll ever be in this store. Just some liars out to grab your cash.

After stopping at the Charles City location and a repair shop in CF & not getting much help I was mentally exhausted by the time I went into the CF location. Elliot made upgrading to my new phone so painless and easy it was greatly appreciated! Very kind and knowledgeable!

Paid the sales tax on an iphone 14 to start my contract. I was on my way to pick up the phone and got an email saying my order was cancelled. I called and I was told since I didn't like the color that he cancelled my order. I told him on the phone 2 hours before I was on my way, regardless of color, I will be there to pick up the device. I never gave consent to canceling my order, nor did I cancel the order. The guy there (didn't give me his name) told me this then hung up before I could ask questions about why my order was cancelled without my consent. Talk about consumer rights violations. That's a lawsuit waiting to happen and I may end up going through with it. Whoever the guy was he's a fraud and does things without the consent of the consumer. He needs fired. I'll get his name soon, though, and file a complaint and take legal action.

This is horrible rating for Verizon Visible. I did a phone swap and they sent me a defective phone. And won't correct the situation. I've should have stayed with boost.

I recently went into this store to upgrade my phone. The service I got was excellent, and I was treated with the best care imaginable. I got everything taken care of that I needed to, and even had an enjoyable time conversing with John, the representative working. I'm so glad I came in today.
