What is the point of listing a phone number if you never answer? We dropped off a package at the self service kiosk and there hasn't been any movement after 3 days

I moved from my daughter's to an apartment and it was horrible with the mail from that point on. Then I was going out of town and did a request to hold my mail and that was good for a week I extended that for a month worst case ever because now I'm getting nothing and mail is going back to my daughter's house to. They need to have another class on orientation of communication skills with customer service because it really sucks. You can't talk to anyone when you call the local post office you call the 800# and its a joke you get to speak to someone to take a message and then you will get a call back in literally 3 days. So don't ever be in a hurry for anything because it will never happen from this post office. My experience in the last 6 months of moving here from a different state was the worst. Definitely unhappy customer.

I am giving this 3 stars, but I believe that your rating will differ based on who you talked to. The first employee I interacted with seemed to know nothing about how shipping worked except for the flat rate boxes. After purchasing some materials the second lady I interacted with seemed much more friendly, and although I had already sorted my issue I am almost positive she would have been of much more help. The first employee gets 2 stars from me, but the other gets a 4.

Package said it was delivered. Apparently it wasn’t and all of my mail was put on hold when no one in my household put it on hold. Had me looking all around my house and thinking my package was stolen when in reality it was sitting at the post office. Don’t put delivered in mailbox if it’s still at the post.

Not a real Post Office. Do not offer all the services. Be ready to pay parking fee before going to the store otherwise you will get ticket for sure!

UPS package said it was delivered, but was not. I called this location, they knew exactly what to do and what the situation was. Man on the phone was very calm and understanding, went to look for my package in the back and found it immediately. I previously called the official UPS line for service, and she said to go ask around neighbors.
The fact this place knew a better protocol better than the official UPS hotline shows they cared about my package vs a cold hotline automatic "it's out of my hands" policy.

This place is a complete disgrace. I had a small package that said was delivered to my home and within 30 minutes of checking there was clearly no package. I have tried calling 4 times and each time they will ask for the address and promised to call back within the same day. Never once did they call back. Not only did they deliver my package to somebody else but their customer service is a joke.

Terrible. You must purchase your own tape to tape boxes. What a joke.
Go to a real post office.
