Weekend UPS delivery drivers/workers are just extremely lazy and/or dumb. No issues delivering packages throughout the week but they ALWAYS just note "The receiver was not available for delivery" when I was here all day if the package is suppose to arrive on the weekend. During the week I'm not actually home but I have the code in my account and they figure out how to leave the package without any issues. UPS might as well not even have anyone working on the weekend if they are useless as the one's that work on my route.
Update: response does not address the laziness of the employees delivering packages. This isn’t the first time this has happened. 80% or more of the time package is scheduled to be delivered on the weekend. The UPS drivers just slap a sticker on the door rather than entering the coat and it’s always delivered by competent UPS employees who deliver it on Monday.

Don't bother for any "customer service" at this location. The guy working the counter is extremely rude and unprofessional. Do better.

Had a huge outbound today. Paid and scheduled pick up. Driver showed up to my business and said he didn't have a pick up order and wasn't going to wait around for us to figure it out.

Constantly lie. I have in 5 years living at an address only had 4 packages delivered from this company. Out of those only 1 managed to actually make it to my house. After numerous calls. The other 2 I had to fight with them and get it myself. Currently as of today was informed they made an attempt to deliver a package. The did not. The 3 dogs I have nor the 3 cameras I have nor the 2 people present did not see them. They lie. Constantly. Believe nothing they say nor there tracking service. And expect nothing but headache after headache. Use Usps or FedEx ditch this company.

The service is pathetic. FedEx and USPS continue the deliver during the snow storm and after the fact. Three days after the storm delays and package delivery claiming bad weather. This is the most beta male institution in the cedar valley. When all your competitors are delivering packages gracefully rain and shine. You're hiding. For the big demands of extra pay and air conditioning in your vehicles. You certainly don't deserve it.

I trying to contact check package and even had froend help couldn't get real person and in attempts to verify and reschedule delivery it got delivered when saidvit couldn't and it wasn't home plus found it strangest havevtongivevcredit card info to track my friend too and got billedvtwicevwgich city ne 60 dollars in over draft fee just for them and bounced another more payments and then balance being negative my rent didn't get cashed . And I still haven't gotten anybresponse to them refund and already took out 2 more payments and two more over drafts. Now my bank paying them and charging me butbbotbcashingbmybrentbchecj dupaco stay away from them
