“I am a college student and my car broke down and I was able to get it towed to Ericson. Chuck was awesome and was able to fix the issue which was a bad connection with the battery and the solenoid. Most places probably would have just replaced the starter but he was able to fix the connections so it wouldn’t be a problem anymore. He was also very nice and was asking me about school and my major I will go back if I need another repair.”

“When I needed a tow from my tiny town in BFE Iowa, there wasn't looking to be many options available to me that weren't going to cost me my first born child. So I did what many of us do, and popped into a local FB group asking for suggestions. Multiple times over this company came up so I figured what could hurt and gave them a call.
Imagine my surprise when they quoted me HALF of what everyone else was saying, and had someone to me within an hour of that call. To make things even better, the guy doing the tow was absolutely amazing. It made for great conversation for the hour plus drive back to the dealership. He even helped me get things figured out at the shop before leaving.
