The Gym is one of the best places in this area. The staff and facilities are top notch.

This is the top gym in the Cedar Valley for a reason. The staff are highly educated professionals that produce RESULTS. The Gym offers multiple programs ideal for any fitness level, including nutrition coaching and youth programs. Can't beat the 24hr access - and there's a sauna!

I've tried quite a few different gyms. From California to Texas to Iowa and by far my favorite place is here, The Gym. Email motivations, Coaches (texting) asking how you are doing and ready to help.. This is a great program for beginners to advance. Look forward to continuing my fitness journey here.

The programs at CrossFit Kilo are designed to help our members reach their highest potential in terms of endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. The class-based format is intended to ignite friendly competition between members, as well as create personal goals to improve upon.
