Had to go twice before issue resolved but that was due to system issues with T-MOBILE. Staff really tried to assist.

Came in with a broken, unusable phone, left with a new one in a new case with a new screen protector that already had all my contacts within 20 minutes. Exceptional service.Edit: Had to stop in again, still exceptional service. Actually remembered to catch the name of the guy who helped me both times (Mickael) He was both knowledgeable and skillful in putting screen protectors on, which I always struggle with.

Rachael (had pink hair) was a great help at cedar falls Iowa location. Very patient and was a ton of help for my mother and i, she was very knowledgeable about everything we had questions about. She's definitely a Very good asset to that location. She was a pleasure to work with. She deserves a raise lol as you don't want to lose employees like that as they are hard to come by nowadays. My experience was not with the store but over the rep! I previously called on Sunday and the rep told me I didn’t need to make a payment arrangement and my services will not be interrupted. Today my services were not only interrupted but also had to make a payment even tho it was rep error! This is not my first issue but will be my last I am disconnecting my services and switching carriers.

First off horrible customer service the lady went around every subject except what I was looking for! She smelled horribly of cigarette smoke! She asked the other employee, he helped. Worse store I’ve ever been in.
