I picked up our half a beef and week ago.I will say that the locker did a great job of straight cut pieces and over all processing. Excellent wrapping and freezing. The beef was hung for 21 days and it's perfect. Communication could be a bit better but over all no complaints.

They did a great job processing a 1/2 beef for us. Friendly, good prices, neat and orderly packaging, and special requests for cuts.
