As a matter of fact, I realized partway through the process that I preferred a drive up unit and the customer service rep changed everything over right away and made the process seamless and easy. The price was right and I even get 50 percent off next month because I know someone who also uses this storage facility. I have not been to the unit yet so I only rated them a 4 since customer care experience was all I really had to rate,”
