These guys are sloppy, unorganized, and untrustworthy when it comes to when they take money from your account. If they think you have a balance due they will just show up in the night and take it without discussion, without notice. And with no discussion as to the validity of the charge to begin with.

Great people. Have help me out so much with car insurance and rental insurance. And they were great when I had to file a claim. They took care of everything

Very great people here. Been with them for some time now and I like them. Pricing isn't not so expensive either.

Seriously it's not a good time and tedious but switch insurance companies if you're with them. After a year with them turns out I was paying double the average for the area here even with it being bare legal minimal and state farm you could get there full coverage, renters and life insurance for that price. They are slow. Inconsiderate now and have 0 customer service. Check with state farm it's the best in our local area price wise and the customer service is much better. They work with you and treat you like a person. you're already paying for something you're forced to have and you can't physically see at least the people peddling it could act decently

scott parsons and his associates are highly untrained and disrespectful. Avoid this conman at all costs. peep his Google reviews and you can see what kind of a small, pos scott parsons is. Google reviews is absolutely full of the horror stories that happen in his office. and allstate corporate is well aware of how terrible he is at his job. they are investigating him right now. scott parsons associate adam disclosed another customers private sensitive information with me. your info is not safe with scott parsons office. He is a very disgusting troll.

Absolutely disgusting. Adam is a piece, and it's all because of the way Scott talks to his customers. He is a troll and corporate is investigating his professionalism. We can not have him. We will let people know he tries to double charge us. We've had a policy for 6 weeks and apparently need to make a 3rd payment t already. Whatever you do avoid that scumbag at all costs.

He is unprofessional and condescending. Any time we have ever talked with him or his associates they are beyond rude, they have given us someone else’s information trying to say it was ours and when we were trying to tell them they had it wrong the man we were talking to, Adam, told us to stop talking or else he would not explain anything to us and Scott Parsons himself has said those exact words to us as well. His employees did not disclose with me that changing my payment date at the time I did in the month that the system would generate a second bill for October, and now they can not do anything and I am stuck making two payments for one month and Scott told me I was lying when I said she did not disclose that information to me, which is not true. By far the worst customer service I have ever received, and you can also look on google reviews and see I am definitely not the only person he and his associates have treated this way. I do not recommend All State at all, but if you do decide on them, stay far away from Scott Parsons.

Everything cost more than they say, hundreds more.If you don't respond to their emails and create online accounts and join programs that were never discussed when signing up, they make large increases in your premiums. I am now paying about $400 a year more than they told me I would pay and I expect this amount will increase again. Note: I have a perfect driving record and have had no claims.
