Went in for a routine physically and had what I thought was normal question to get a professionals opinion and was charged extra due to asking for a "referral" to a specialist. Pretty sad we get charged extra for asking questions. Not satisfied with billing department but facility is clean and well kept so that is why it is getting 2 stars instead of 1.

Through work I take many members to drive-through pharmacies. This is the slowest. A car ahead obviously had difficulties with getting their prescriptions filled but the pharmacist kept her at the window for 25 minutes. Most other pharmacies would have asked them to park so they could serve the next customer. Then they could run the meds to the parked car when they were ready.

Used to be very fast and caring with refills but it feels they are under staffed which isn't their fault. Tip call ahead to ensure staff knows to fill what you need

This pharmacy has gone downhill since it opened. The wait time is ridiculous. The techs are looking in three or more places to find your medications, so it appears it is utter chaos. We are moving our prescriptions elsewhere- I do not feel that a chaotic pharmacy is safe considering the health issues and multi medications our family needs.

If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD. Terrible service. Terrible communication, and nothing and I mean NOTHING GETS FILLED ON TIME. I MEAN, IT TAKES 2 DAYS OR MORE. This is the WORST PHARMACY IVE EVER SEEN!

Often times we are very dissapointed in the lack of attention given to refill of prescriptions. Refills are not ready when they say they are, or you get there and they don't have approval from doctor when they indicate their ready for pick up.We have waited a really long time for anyone to even acknowledge you when you're standing at the counter.

Not a very good pharmacy. I only go here because I have to according to my insurance. They often do not have my medications filled by pickup time or they remain in Fill in Progress status for days. If you see more than 3 cars in line at the drive up, expect to wait 20 to 30 minutes. It isn't necessarily their fault, but there's always a problem. Now that they close at 6pm, it is even harder to get a script after work! They are mostly friendly, but there are too many issues that need to be worked out to compete with better pharmacies. Wish I could do mail order only but insurance companies rule. The ONLY reason I go here is because I have to.

Horrible customer service. Would give zero stars if possible. Two hours to fill a script. Called to make sure they had the item in stock. Arrived at 5:30 (6 is their current closing time). Waited in line for 15 minutes (only two ahead of me, but one of them took over 10 minutes). Finally get to speak with someone and am told they "don't have time" to fill the prescription. Then she finishes with, "We can fill it tomorrow, all righty?" No, it's not "all righty," young lady. It's a script for pain relief, for a 90+ year-old with broken ribs who just had surgery. Most certainly not all righty.

Very slow pharmacy. Will take 48+ hrs to get a medication filled. I have been debating about switching pharmacies because the service is always bad. I went today and the card readers were down. I do realize that it’s something they couldn’t control but it was the last straw. I will say that the employees are always very nice.

Efficient, friendly staff and have been so helpful for annoying diagnoses like strep and ear infections. They have also called a few days later to check on us and make sure everything is ok. Grateful to have them in our community
