Rude and unprofessional. 2 weeks after dropping off my taxes, I sent a nice email inquiring about the status of my taxes, he replied accusing me of calling the office multiple times (which I had never called since dropping off my taxes) and now emailing him. His email was incredibly snarky and rude, and his claims were not true.

Horrible. Extremely high priced for a simple tax return. You can get it done much cheaper by so many places in Waterloo area. Big mistake. I'd go to H & R Block at Walmart before going back to this place.

Definitely prefer a small, local business like Mike's doing my taxes. I got way more one-on-one time with him, and I get to ask all the questions I want. I had multiple issues throughout several months, and he was quick and personable with them all.
