Omg this store feeds people food that I wouldn't even feed my dogs. How old is the hot food? How disgusting. I got it from a delivery as I surely wouldn't have picked this out. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.

When using your debit card, this location holds double the dollar amount even when you prepay for gas inside. Fine for some, really inconvenient for others.

Went into no hot food available and the microwaveable meals where old and or just plain gross looking.... I'm sorry but this is unacceptable.... I have never went into a kwik star and been so disappointed in selections... and on top of it there .... where bugs (crickets and fruit flies) hovering around the register.... ??

For them to talk so highly about safety and cleaning my boyfriend came in July 24th around 2:10 and got fountain pop which taste horrible immediately spit that right back out… fast forward come back tell them and the worker basically goes eh ok and he goes on to tell another your machines need to be clean cause nun of them had there flavoring seems no one cared ?♀️? Casey it is!

I have originally come here for almost 3 years. I got i.d for the first year which is fine I get it. But cedar falls is a small place. I come in this morning and though 3 cashier's told the new lady i am good she refused to listen " My job ain't worth you"re presumed age . " i had to walk home at 7a.m (I work night shift so my only free time is during the day" ) to go back and get my i.d this would of all been fine I should have had my i.d with me. Tho for 3 years i did not need it because everyone knows me there it's where i buy my groceries . Not anymore. She went on and on about how it's her job blah blah blah I told her " it's fine " , no need to explain " I get it I worked retail" I made no big deal of it. Then she legit would not stop even talked to the next customer about it saying its not her job shes gonna risk. Like jesus she could of left it long ago when I left to go get my i.d I would of never thought anything of it but she made a big deal about. So much that I got offended like she was airing my dirty laundry . Like I get it you're new I grabbed my i.d from home ... a mile away I did not complain let it go but she couldent. She has short hair and is kind of blunt but not in a good way I have autism. And I got overwhelmed and cried on my way home because she basically shamed me in public for no reason

Saturday February 18th 3:00 p.m.Needed to use the restroom before shopping.Saw an employee go in.I waited 5 minutes...... and another 5 minutes...Then hear videos being played in the stall.I asked the employee, "are you just sitting there watching videos?"He smugly replied, "yeah, I am" and turns up the volume.I go to a manager to complain, and I can't get him to even acknowledge my presence.I tried to tell him about the employee sitting in the bathroom just watching videos.He ignores me.No comment.Nothing.Straight out ignores me as if I was not there.When I go up the counter to make my purchases, he's behind the counter and won't make eye contact.On any other day, I would have nothing but praise for this store.I don't know the manager who ignored me, nor do I know the employee that was having his movie break.I don't know who, if anyone, was in charge.As a customer, I feel very disrespected by this treatment.I'm, however, so pleased that employees watching videos in the bathroom have a higher priority than customers.In any case, when a customer comes up to an employee, (let alone a manager) and has a complaint, be professional at least and have the common decency to not ignore the customer.I had come to expect more from Kwik Star.

Was charged the wrong price by cashier. Discounted bakery items and etc. Told I was wrong, until I told the cashier to listen.Hate being told the mistake is me rather than the cashier. Cashier apologized and adjusted prices. Should have been free at that point. Will always evaluate purchase with cashier before over paying again.

I order from this Kwik Star pretty often through various delivery options. Everytime I order a delivery though, they forget any hot food that is ordered. Talked to several delivery drivers and they say that is all they gave them. Employees really need to stop being lazy and do their job when it comes to these things.

good kwik star i always come here bc its so close to my house and generally they are always nice, well stocked and clean, but the experiences me and my roomates have had at this kwik star lately have been really negative. There's an older man who works there who is ALWAYS mean to us. He will be able to have a normal, kind conversation with any male customer he checks out but EVERY TIME me and my female friends have had to be checked out by him he goes stone cold, won't even look at us, not a word to us besides "receipt?" and overall being really rude. like literally wont even say hello. just ignores us! feels so weirdly mysoginistic or something... so weird. i now go out of my way to go somewhere else if i need to actually talk to someone at night bc he works night shifts usually. he even gives me dirty looks while i check out for no reason... like dude i just want to put gas in my car lol. why so mean? don't know his name bc he hardly ever wears a tag but tall, older white man with short grey hair and an ATTIUDE ISSUE!
