Purchased items on July 26, still no items on August 21, have called repeatedly.30 % premium, and the most expensive shipping cost I have ever paid. And still no items, what auction company gets away with this?? And why??? , please look at other reviews, they echo mine, totally dissatisfied!!!!!

**DO NOT BUY HERE**BUYER BEWARE**I have never left a less than positive review for anyone, until now. I purchased 2 Glass items in 1 lot on Invaluable. BOTH items had damage that was intentionally hidden in the 1 photo they provided. I buy from auctions all over the country. Never have I seen such dishonesty. They have a disclaimer on their page that says to ask for a condition report. But to intentionally not show in the pictures or mention it?? Really. I have never seen anything like this.The only reason would be to catch someone who believes that most people are honest and would not blatantly try to conceal the damage to unsuspecting bidders. They also have the highest buyer premium in the industry at 33%. Sent a check to save myself 3% and bring it down to 30%. SHIPPING is another example of PRICE GOUGING. I Paid $220 for 1 box from Iowa to PA. I regularly purchase from another auctioneer in Iowa so I have some idea of the cost. This was literally $150 over what it should of been. There are plenty of great auctions to buy from. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this one at all cost! My next letter is going to the Attorney General of the State of Iowa and the BBB.

They shipped the painting to me for a reasonable fee at a pretty fast speed. They sent an email to me right away when they received my check unlike other auction houses. I appreciate that. No problems and would buy from again.

I honestly have nothing positive to say about this place. I'm greatly disappointed with how the sale of my paintings turned out. I was under the impression the starting bid for my artwork would be $1000. As i had three paintings and they were valued at $1500. In the end they sold all three painting for $425.00. These were family heirlooms and I didn't want to sell them, however I needed some extra cash flow. Had I known they would get sold for that little, i would have NEVER sold them. I'm now out those precious paintings and it wasn't even worth it. I wouldn't take my artwork here. I would hate for someone else to go what I went through.

I would give them more stars if that were an option. Expertise , honesty, efficiency- It is all true. The International aspect is also very true.The items we brought to Jackson's were varied, and Jackson's split them up so that they could be auctioned in a very targeted way. The results were spectacular. One antique item in particular, sold for 20 times the appraisal price given by a very famous New York auction house . The staff were great. All questions were answered swiftly and graciously.

I left bids which were confirmed by email and items went unsold even if the bids I left exceeded the highest estimates on the Lots. I sent email asking what happened and no courtesy of a reply.
