Definitely don’t go to this H&R Block had a 1 pm appointment arrived 15 minutes early was told my tax specialist was going to be late for work and to leave my paperwork behind and he would start my taxes and call me back around 3 pm was never called and when I called for a update was told he was with his clients and he might have time later that night no apologies by him are the company believe his name is Robert our bob not how to treat customers that have loyal for 10+ years
