Conveniently located right off the highway. Friendly staff, clean rooms with nice amenities. The rates are very good for this type of hotel! They have a breakfast buffet for $15 or you can order off the menu. Coffee in-room or in the lobby in the morning.

I would just like to say that Shane (The person cooking) cooked my burger perfectly. Getting a burger cooked medium is like pulling teeth most places. Kudos to you Shane!
Food and drinks: Hiedi is so sweet and hard working! We love her. That being said we have been here and gotten attitude from other bartenders. It's not personal so names aren't important but appreciate Hiedi whenever we stay!

We had a great experience. We forgot something and called a few days later and they held it for us till we were able to come back 2 weeks later.
Food and drinks: Daily happy hour.
Breakfast buffet for pay.

We went by review to book our one night stay! So we decided that we needed to write a review too!
Room was clean and quiet even though we were close to the elevator!
Emily at the front desk greeted us with excellent customer service! Can’t say enough great things about her wonderful personality. Everyone needs an Emily working for them! Thank u Emily!!!! Kris from MN!!!?

The hotel has gone down over the years. Overpriced for what they offer. We stayed here a few years ago and it was very nice and reasonably priced. Booked again for a 6 night stay and paid over $1k expecting it to be the same as before. There is a smell, the hot tub has mold on the concrete, the room was musty, and the pillows were the equivalent of one of those puffy jackets. One bar lady was super nice and the morning staff was nice but the trans person at the bar was never around. Would disappear for awhile and would have to wait 15-20 minutes. Also brought out a hot cheesecake. We won’t book this hotel again.

Alright, I don't typically leave reviews. But after my most recent stay, I believe this property deserves a review.
I never assume that when I get to a location , my room is going to be ready. No problem, I'm usually an hour or 2 early for check-in. No problem, I have work I can do while I wait. Typically every location I stop at they either find me the same room that is available to check me In right then or with in 20, 30 minutes, but I always tell them no rush no worries I have stuff to do while I wait. However, this particular location has never done this, but this time, I waited 2+ hours for my room. Okay, no big deal. I was over 2 hours early this time. Get to my room, nothing noticeably wrong with my room. But when I pull the blankets hours later just before I decide to crash for the night I notice what looked to be baby poop on the comforter of the blanket under the little cover they tuck the blankets in. I'm glad I pulled the blankets. I just wish I would have done it when I first got to the room like i normally do. I'm glad I got a 2 queen room as I always do.
Then we have the air conditioner. I typically get a top floor room, but being it's hot and I know that this location has terrible ac/thermostat set up. The thermostats supposedly tells you room temp but never changes, and the ac will continually run. The room felt cool but never shut off the ac. I woke up in the middle of the night freezing with room set to 71. Also, I don't believe they clean these units either. Musty smells come from them when only the fan runs.
Then, to top it off, I travel for work. I am a diamond member not saying I'm special however, I went to submit all my receipts and for some reason this time I looked at this locations bill and I was charged for a breakfast which should have been part of my standard room charge like every other garden inn or hilton property. So I looked further into my receipts from this location, and they have charged me different amounts for breakfast with every stay I have with this location. No other hilton property has done this. Every other location breakfast fee is incorporated with the standard rate. I never add breakfast, and typically, if it's cheaper for a no breakfast room, that's what I choose because I never eat breakfast at these hotels.
If I could give zero stars, I would.
I can say I will never stay at this property again.

I stay and pay the price for a good hotel for a reason. So when I do and I get there and the hot tub is nonfunctioning, no ear buds for the fitness center and have to wait at the desk everytime you need something it is frustrating. And to mention the beds are not the cleanest. Try harder to stay on brand Hilton.

Hotel is very nice to walk into, outside is inviting, however, our room was extremely tiny, which is fine, but the bed was so uncomfortable. It didn't have any box spring under it, it was all wood. It also creaked very loudly every time you made any move. The other bed was the same way and my husband and son slept in a different room and their room was the same way. It was very disappointing. Also, breakfast isn't included in your stay, it's $15/person. Not a great experience. Also, kids running the halls at all hours of the night.

Here is a great example of how you cannot always judge a place by reviews.
We stayed here for business in mid-April 2024 ~ room booked by company, so we didn’t read reviews beforehand. If so, we would have had a lot of uncertainty in staying here due to the recent negative reviews.
The front desk personnel were friendly and efficient in getting us our room. The room was decent size with a nice desk area. We had a couple requests, and they were met quickly and without hesitation.
Couple issues: The bathroom had a strong chemical smell. Upon running the fan and keeping the door open, it subsided. It took a very long time to get hot water and it never did get super-hot. Both issues were addressed to the front desk upon leaving. Found out the water issue was due to city working on lines. Always good to let the front desk know of issues before simply stating in a review because sometimes the additional information is pertinent and helpful.
We had breakfast and it was very good. We did not do the buffet. We ordered off the menu; which we highly recommend for the price and quality of food. The server was friendly and attentive.
Location: it is “off the beaten path” and quiet. Located in an industrial area. Not super easy to find but located within minutes of restaurants and shopping.
Overall, our stay was enjoyable, and we would stay here again.
