Asked for a fade mid fade, and the Barber didn't use any guards to blend my hair, just a comb and buzzer. I'm not writing this review as only the product of this single Barber however, rather a series of times I've gone. I maybe get 1 good haircut out of every 10 times I would go. I've cut hair before and I know how easy it is, they seem to just rush through the job and get you out of the door asap for the next customer. I believe they need to focus just a bit more time on the haircut than 6-7 minutes that they did.

April at Great Clips on Viking Rd advised me that she had 22 years experience and she could handle a shag cut. April cut the side of my hair off.

I had a very bad experience at this store.I went there for an hair cut and beard trim. Initially as I sat in the chair, I showed the employee a picture of how my hair style should look like. She did not even look at it and asked me whether I wanted a 2 on the sides and 4 on the top like last time. I thought , she did not see the phone by mistake and showed her the phone again. She looked at it and asked the same thing she asked before without any consideration or acknowledgement of what I was showing you.If I knew what was a 4 and what was a 2 to fit the picture I was showing her, I would have done it on my own. Why would I go to a professional ? I felt this was rude ans inconsiderate.Later she did what she knew , Not what I asked and asked me how does it look. I observed she had cut the hair too much near where I comb to the side. When I gave the feedback to adjust it, she got offended and started challenging me that I asked you earlier you said so and so. She had only asked me if I comb to the side or to the front. In that context I had told her I comb to the side. But, she tried to use it against me for the mistake she had done I felt. But, anyway who would intimidate the customer ?Listening to the customers is a very important step before we serve the customers . It does not feel good to pay to get a bad haircut and return intimidated. Hopefully this will be fixed and no customer in the future has to go through it.

Went in today one lady employee was kind to help us ..but her co worker was very rude to me & my daughter . She was so concerned about hurring out for the night to close, that she was very rude and spoke unkind to the lady/ her coworker that took our names ..they had almost 2hrs before they were to close...rude heartless woman. .I don't recommend this place until they replace her..
