I recently placed an online order and picked it up. I go to this store every couple of months or so. My recent order pickup went smoothly. Had to wait a little longer than expected at the gate, making sure my order was ready. Went around to the pickup area and the associate came right out and my order was correct and complete.

The outside contactless pickup was a nightmare. I had to roll down my window and have contact with an employee 4 different times. I was asked for my order number for 1 small item that I had been informed by email was ready, and I still had to wait 40 minutes and be herded to another location. at that point after I finally received my item, I informed the person that handed it to me that the wait was rediculous, and they said nothing, and just rolled their eyes and walked away from me. This was very unprofessional. If you say an order is ready for pickup then it should be ready for pickup. period, and we shouldn't get childish attitude when we aren't happy about our time being wasted

I have mixed reactions to this newly opened location.Pros: it's clean, modern and new. They have almost anything you could want from hunting gear, tools, grocery items, household needs, lumber, pets supplies and more. They even have a gas station. I've shopped in store and in their greenhouse. Cons: Employees were not attentive. You can pass by several in the store with out a nod of acknowledgement some even avoiding eye contact all together. Prices are higher than other retail locations. Just because it's convenient to have it all under one roof doesn't mean it's worth it. This just isn't my go-to. It's almost a last resort when I can't find what I need elsewhere. Like when all the greenhouses around town were sold out of petunias- I found them here- at a higher price. But they did have them.

So I went for an oil change made an appointment online the night before pretty easy but its kind of weird because it said 10 to 12 so I got there at 10 and they we're ready very nice people but it Took an hour and it was pretty expensive compared to Walmart and A few other places would I go again probably yes it seems like Walmart takes forever too this just my experience I hope this helps
