They are not responsible and not trust worthy, laying even the general manger DJ derry , flow from Orlando to buy a car first did application online talking with Elizabeth and to get me approved have to wait 5 days and they run my credit 3 time , told me to pay a deposit if I like the car so I decided to fly and told the account manger iam flying today to see the car which take me 12 h , go to see the car the car have a maintenance massage they didn't know even what's for , so they try to convince me that is just need a reset and if so why they didn't do it it's more than this . Any way I test drive the car and when I was talking to the manger I told him no body even mention the problem from all the people I talk to ( so he answer oh you the one get on the flight and show up and my acc manger telling me you on the flight . ) at that point he's so rode to talk like this ( no body need a premtion to buy a car unless you hiding something so I told him thanks and walk away , don't even west your time and buy any thing used from them they will screw you . Not the kind of dealer to buy from ( not recommended-not recommended)

I enquired about a particular truck that I have been looking for for several weeks. I found it on autotrader and reached out to Jayden at Dan Deery. I was told that he would be asking his sales manager the questions I had and would get back to me shortly. 24 hours later I asked for a sales manager and was told the truck was sold. Sales must be really good when a salesman can leave a 93,000.00 sale on the table and not care about it. I would NOT do business with the company. Period.

My wife bought a new Toyota Corolla Cross, and she loves it! Working with Dan, DJ and Bill Stoler was great! They are a class act! They have earned my respect and admiration over the years.

Very thorough and efficient. Got a nice used convertible. Cody was also fast and efficient and we got everything done only with a few hours and it only took a day to fix it up good as new and it looks and feels great!!

my daughter bought her very 1st vehicle from them and after 3 days started having issues on a 2018, they wouldn't fix it so we traded it in for a different vehicle at a different dealership. very very poor customer service. They lost us as customers..

I went to Dan Deery's site because my local Toyota dealer wanted $50 more for the same part. So, you get genuine Toyota parts, and they don't seem to gouge you like many of the other Toyota dealerships. My only complaint was they took awhile to actually ship the part. I ordered from the website on Sunday, and they did not ship until Tuesday. Not sure what happened on Monday. Overall awesome transaction, though! I highly recommend!Update 8/23/21: Replacing a transmission and needed a bunch of OEM parts and fluids. Again, my local dealership attempt to charge almost TWICE what I paid at Dan Deery. I will continue to buy all of my Toyota parts through them.
