Everyone there was great to deal with, and they did advise me that the 2004 F150 I was purchasing was, "As Is", but I was not expecting issues already while enroute back to Omaha, NE, at my first gas stop. Not only did the starter appear to be going out, but also an issue with it cranking over and not firing for a few minutes.I had to have it towed to Omaha Car Care on Monday, for repairs, after it wouldn't start, setting me back $704.05.

We brought our son’s car in for a check ABS light and oil change. They said the diagnostic and oil change would be $150.00 and ended up being $281.00. Service agent said they checked for a lot of other things but never consulted with us first. And nothing got fixed.

Berto was awesome as well as Joseph and I do believe the other managers name was Travis but if that’s not your name please forgive me but I do know it started with a T. I’m very bad with names. The whole team was awesome. They got me in a car in one day, even though it took five hours and my autistic son was hungry, but they did it. You guys are very awesome. I will refer you guys to anyone that needs a car because oh my God even though I did give you guys a hard just me I’ll give everybody a hard time. You just have to know me if I didn’t like you I wouldn’t give you a hard time. Trust me. But you guys did an awesome job and yes I do like my small car 10 stars all the way around. I forgot to mention that I robbed you guys $50 to feed my boys that night. By the way, my boy said thank you for supper. I spent $30 at Wendy’s feeding them because it took so long to get done buying my car, which I love to death!!! Don’t know why it took so long for me to switch over from a big car to a little car but anyway back to the story. Just wanted to let you know didn’t mean to really steal from you, but after four hours the boys were starving, and they were very very very happy with their new car and their supper that night, once again 10 stars from the whole family!!!

Scheduled a pick up and drop off for an oil change for my Subaru Crosstrek and the pick up drivers were prompt and nice. They called as soon as it was done and dropped it back off within the hour. Thanks for the compliment about my car too ☺️ I've always had great service and will be back again! Thank you!

We have buying vehicles from Community since 2012, dealing with Ray Kremer. Ray has been good to deal with and this purchase was no exception. Ray was very helpful in showing the vehicle and responding to any questions. Sean presented a fair offer and helped show us comparable vehicles before this one came in. John Paul went over the warranty and extended warranty options and did the the paperwork signing and was very efficient in explaining the documents. Our only gripe has nothing to dowith Community. The vehicle (which we inquired about 2 months before and wanted to purchase) was shown in transit for 2+ months. Sure took a long time for the "in-transit" vehicle to arrive. I think GM needs to improve their communication in this area.Overall, very satisfied with Community.

I brought my truck in for hail damage and talked with them about some other repairs they can make while the truck was in the shop. My truck looks amazing with the touch-up completed by their staff. Thank you so much.

My daughter's car had a wheel bearing fix this week and was handed back to us unsafe to drive. I picked it up for her. I made it about a half a mile noticing intermittent loss of acceleration and the traction control light was flashing. After nearly getting hit by another vehicle, I immediately returned it to the dealership.I have had this exact problem on another GM product before and I am certain it is a wheel speed sensor issue. The issue was not present before the wheel bearing repair and I was asked to leave it over night. Mistakes happen but what prompts this review is that 48hrs later, the car is still not in for a repair, we were told it would not be done tomorrow, and that we'd have to wait until next week.I understand there is scheduled work but to return a car to a customer after a repair in an unsafe driving state and then not even try to make amends by prioritizing a fix for that customer... unacceptable.

Would highly recommend Jeff and the staff at Community Motor Co, INC. We received a fair trade for our vehicle and a good deal on our new purchase. Jeff was prompt in responding and very courteous and I would do business with him again!

I just bought a car recently from here and Henry was the man who helped me and my dad through all of it! Henry was so helpful and very kind, was not pushy at all. He called me the next day to ask how I was liking it so far and if I needed anything to call him, very nice guy!

Jason, Kurt and the rest of the staff are great to deal with. Once they were able to get me in for repairs, they completed the job in a timely manner and the repairs look as though car was never damaged. Would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again!

I was looking for a nice used car within a decent price range and Robert was able to make it happen with my used Jetta. He and the rest of the Community Motors crew were really helpful and thoughtful throughout the process. When things didn't go smoothly (as things are apt to do with a large purchase), Robert stepped up and made things happened to ensure I felt confident before, during, and after the purchase. Having dealt with other the major dealerships in the area, Robert and Community made me feel like they really cared and I wasn't just another number in the books. I look forward to continuing this as I return for service and maintenance.

My wife and I bought a used truck from Community Motor CO and had it delivered to our home. The truck arrived on time for us to use it on vacation, however there was way too much drama involved with getting it delivered to us on time. It should have been no problem, but the finance department was backed up. We ended up financing through our bank so they had the money and yet wouldn’t let the truck ship until we signed some paperwork. ??? We finally convinced them to ship the truck before this. I’m grateful for the time they put into getting it shipped quickly but this should not have been such a hassle. We were annoyed to find that the driver seat is torn, one of the LED lights in the cup holder doesn’t work, and there is paint missing all along the edge of the driver door. I guess I should have asked about any damage the truck had before buying it sight unseen but I assumed a Certified Preowned vehicle coming from a dealership would have those minor defects fixed or at least they would have noted this upfront. We also were surprised by the terrible detailing job that was done on the interior. Whatever product they use to shine things up was way over used. Everything had a slick film on it that stuck to our hands and clothes. Some of the compartments including the center console had dirt still in the bottom of it. They covered the truck bed with some kind of black oil. I assume to cover the scratches in the bed liner. I can understand scratches in a truck bed. It would have been better to leave it alone. Instead this oily substance was all over. It stained my pants and was running out of the tailgate handle even. And one of the most annoying things was that even though we made it clear that we did not want any dealership decals on the vehicle, it still showed up with a decal sticker on the back that I had to remove. I know it’s customary for them to have that but why? I think it’s tacky and presumptuous of them to think I’m willing to advertise for them for free.Right now we are waiting for a refund of the money we put down to hold the vehicle. This should have been done right away and we should have it by now but of course we had to contact them again and are waiting for an answer.I’m glad to have a truck but I wish I had waited and found one somewhere else. I do not recommend Community Motor CO.
