Called complaining of a “chirping” noise coming from my truck. Changed a belt and fixed the problem. Picked my truck up at work and returned it to me fixed and washed. Awesome service!

After laying flat to transport items for moving in, our UNI student could not get her Encore's back seat to return to an upright position. This dealership's service team was gracious and kind to a young person intimidated by car repairs. They allowed our student to drop by at her convenience, and were able to restore the seat to the upright position in a few minutes (without charge). As a parent, it is refreshing to know there is a repair service in Cedar Falls that looks out for students--and their worried mom. :)
We will be back for future service needs while she is at school. Thank you to Shawn and the Community Motors service squad!

had a DEF check engine light ordered a part and waited for 8 days for it to come in dropped off truck for appointment when I picked it up the light was on before I got out of the driveway and there was DEF all over the exterior of the truck dried, they then worked on it for another week only to not even know about a service bulletin describing the problem I originally brought it in for the level sensor still doesn't work

DO NOT GO HERE. Went for a simple oil change, they did not even change the oil filter (the original filter was marked and had not been changed after I got my vehicle back) and completely overfilled it with oil. One week later my car dies on the road and the motor completely blew up. Ruined my motor and now I am out a car.
