In the rooms the doors r a bit beet up. Stains in carpet cracked sinks but it felt clean. Super helpful front desk and excellent breakfast!

I love itttttt, they are one of the best hotels I've stayed in on the road, out of 40 states I've been to... the customer service is awesome, the cleaning crews are amazing, Ms Nichole is the best GM, she is very knowledgeable and the overall staff is just the best.. I stayed here 7 weeks straight, and didn't have not one problem, me and my team were treated with the upmost respect... if I could I would give itb100 ? I definitely recommend comfort suites, 7402 Nordic rd...
Rooms: They are great and the most cleanest

The hotel is clean. It is dated, but easy to get to. The rates seemed high ($150), but it was convenient.
Breakfast is standard hotel breakfast

DO NOT STAY AT THIS COMFORT SUITES. Our family needed a place to stay during a visit with a grandparent in town and thought the price was right but this place was gross, unclean to the point of health code violation, loud, chaotic and constantly packed through the lobby and every room with children's parties that also extended to loud halls and the crowded, tepid waters of their tiny pool. There was dirt and half eaten food scattered around our room when we got there and we found bedbugs after the first night of staying there. We hadn't complained at all about any of it until the bedbugs which were the last straw. The front desk staff looked like they were all young or even teenagers who didn't know what was going on or care and none of them did anything to help with the situation. We lost hundreds of dollars replacing things ruined by bedbugs and they wanted to make it up to us by giving us "points" to stay there again (as if we would ever stay with them again, ha) We spent the last half of a week dealing with going through belongings and doing laundry because of the bedbugs and also one of my kids caught covid most likely from the running daycare they have constantly in their facility. This place was worse than some of the 10 dollar hostels I stayed at traveling during my college years. Avoid staying here at all costs!

We didn't stay here; we attended a party in one of their event rooms.
The room was spacious enough to accommodate our group of about 15, seated at tables; off to the side was a kitchenette area.
The hotel was a little ways out/drive for us; the highway and streets to the facility were being worked on, causing navigation difficulties at night. ( Especially not knowing the area and making sure you're on the right side of the temp. divider/barriers.)
Walking around the facility, I saw a lot of families and kids; many of the kids were at the indoor pool seemingly, having fun!
Nearby activities: Shopping is near by. . . Walmart, Old Navy, Sephora, etc.
Safety: Construction in the area!
Noteworthy details: The hotel has an indoor pool!

After a long day of medical appointments in Madison, WI we stopped here. We are headed to Omaha, NE. We read that this hotel had a hot tub. We picked this place specifically for the hot tub after reading reviews. After we checked in I went to look at the pool area. Much to our dismay there is a sign on the window saying hot tub is out of order. The breakfast was ok. My kid who is extremely picky couldn't have waffles. The batter was bad. It was seperating in the cup as it was pouring out. After using the washer came to find out the dryer was out of order. This was after I inquired about the laundry room and how to pay. They were nice and dried the clothes with linen dryer.
The overall experience was not good.

What a pleasant stay we had at this Comfort Suites! Our flight from Florida was canceled out from under us at the last minute. We had to rebook, coming in two days late, and Kara accommodated us with that over the phone. Manager Nichole even refunded our two days that we missed, without us having to ask. Even checking in at 1 AM the staff was cheerful and they kindly accommodated all of our requests from extra TP to new towels etc. while we were there. The breakfast area was nice with hot and cold foods one would expect and even the coffee was good. The pool area was delightful and so much fun with a good sized pool, splash pad-type area and a comfortable spa to relax in. The rooms were clean and quiet and we had a suite that was laid out very nicely. This hotel is centrally located to anything you would want in the Cedar Falls area. We will definitely be back!
Rooms: We had a two queen and pullout sofa suite that was very comfortable and clean.
Nearby activities: Lots of shopping and dining options close by and of course the beautiful Cedar River to enjoy.
Safety: We felt really safe in this hotel, you just could not get in or out of it without your key card.

Amazing customer service. Location was nice and close for a weekend get-away. Breakfast was good, but was the typical free hotel breakfast (with the exception of my daughter's favorite - mini waffles). The pool was apparently not heated...I had to get out to warm up.
