I started taking my dog here 3-4 years ago. I got an outrageous quote for surgery on my dog at another vet hospital and got a 2nd quote here and loved them so much I stayed. I feel like he is getting great care. They also have a ton of experience with dogs who are highly dog reactive so they let us wait in the office instead of the waiting room and let us go in and out the side door. Very kind staff.

Do not take your pet here for any serious concerns! Back in August of 2023 we brought our dog in for some swelling in his face. They said it was a bad tooth that would need pulled. Little did we know this was the start of a long list of vet visits that would end with us using a different vet to find out he has cancer that Cedar Valley fully overlooked. Cedar Valley did the absolute bare minimum when it came to testing even though we were willing to pay for anything that needed done. After their biopsy I was told that the mass was non-cancerous and should go away on its own. The new vet was utterly shocked to see that they did the most simple biopsy that doesn’t even test for all forms of cancer and never once did an xray. I wrongfully trusted them to do whatever was needed for my pet, and now we are past the point of surgery being an option. Had they disclosed that the biopsy they ran didn’t test for all cancers I would have taken him elsewhere sooner. Don’t make the same mistake I did if you care for your pets!

Do not let the girl with tats groom your animal. Couldn't listen to one simple instruction and when I asked her about it during a phone call the next day, she decided to drop an attitude with me. Unprofessional as can be! Loved the vet and the workers there. Unfortunately my pet's will never go back there due to her attitude. $70 for utter disappointment!
