AMAZING customer service, they are so nice. Everytime time i walk in im greeted with a smile and they always ask about our day. Ive never had a complaint about them and ive been buying from them for over 2 years now. If you need anything i suggest you go to Buzz. Trust me!

I came in to get a cart and battery charger. I was offered an HHC cart and they wanted $50 for it.I thought it was high but wanted to get back to my hotel.I get back and the cart is leaking and expires in less than a month.I come back and they barely speak English or just don't wanna talk much and offer me a replacement showing me it works with one of their batteries. Also it's not leaking.I get back to the car and I read the box and notice it's ACTUALLY expired...... But they already said they don't do refunds. Which I kinda understand some it's supposed to go in your mouth.Overall their prices are outrageous and their customer service was pretty lacking.I would recommend going elsewhere and looking up reviews for whatever you plan to purchase before giving them your money.Neither cart I've gotten here has good reviews online and the flavors labs were non-existent.

They worked with me and they were very professional and honest. I know I can trust them, and this will be where I go to get anything vape related. Amazing place with honest down to earth people. So thankful they were honest and upfront and got me into a vape that I like! Best vape store in the cedar valley!!!

Sells shotty coils, vapes and anything in between. Don't go here. You'll waste money and time here. I just went to Up in Smoke, got a coil and won't ya bet it actually works!!
