Check in and out very easy and fast Elevators need major flooring upgrade and need to be cleaned. Room was not fully wiped down, found spilled sticky soda drips at bedstand, on clock, And remote control. Desk light did not work at all.desk chair was cut multiple times on armrest, bathroom still had. Prior stays hair and floor was slightly dirty like it was damp mop only . Positive note, room tv was large, great high def,and hbo us many direct tv channels.

I made a reservation here, decided to splurge and get a nicer room. When I checked in, I did not get the room I reserved but a regular room instead. It was late and I had reports due. Spoke with the manager in the morning. Nice guy. I told him I was coming back through in two weeks. He reserved me the room I was supposed to have and then said he would upgrade me to a hot tub suite. When I returned, not only had I been bumped but I didn't even have a room. The room I was promised was already taken, and the room I had booked the first time was already reserved for somebody else. I left. I will never return. I travel for work, ihg club member and Priceline good member. This is how they treat their members, sad

When we arrived our room was not clean! Surfaces were sticky and dusty, and there was trash left on one of the counters. There was also hair in the bathroom and bedside tables. The ring around the tub was worse than in the Cat in the Hat books. The floor had crumbs, and pillow cases did not appear to have been changed. The microwave was also filthy. Even the comment card was stained and ripped. It was a piece of paper. Put out a new one! I am still giving a 3 because the front desk staff were excellent. They were not able to offer us a different room due to being full, but they did re-clean the room, and we're very apologetic. Aside from dirtiness, the room was okay. Decent pool and breakfast. Although breakfast area was also very dirty and staff appeared to make little effort to clean it up. Even after leaving the comment card regarding our experience, we were not contacted by the hotel or offered any service recovery aside from the apologies from desk staff.

We booked through an online company and our room was not what we asked instead of a King suite it was two queen. We showed up room was hot we lowered the temp and left for over two hours. When we came back to was still hot. Employee said that they were booked up so they could not switch is rooms and since it was through booking they couldn't do anything about giving a discount for the trouble. This is no reflection on the employee but the company itself. He was just doing his job and what he was told by his boss. However they ask that all visitors wear a mask but the employees did not. Third floor made was in close distance to the elevator and no mask.

I expected to have housekeeping services today . Checked in on Monday today is Wednesday and I have had none. Front desk people are very nice, room is clean and comfortable. Wish they had coffee available in the lobby

So this sign clearly says masks are not required when eating or drinking. We were in lobby, 3 adults and 5 kids, eating pizza and drinking soft drinks. The front end employee required us to move to a "private" room because we didn't have masks on. When confronted about this decision of which he was approached in a mild manner he had no answer and decided his best way of answering my question was to walk away from me and hide away in the office just off the front desk. Keep in mind at no time did he ask us to put masks on prior and we refused. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. How do you explain to kids that despite us following the rules we were still displaced and told to stop what we were doing. It's too bad I can't a assign 0 rating to this hotel and their power hungry joke of a manager.

I one thousand and 10 percent DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. ITS DANGEROUS For my birthday, my husband got me a hot tub suite. The living room tv has a moving wall mount, so I thought, " how cool. I can watch tv while taking a bath." But while tryintlg to move the wall mount, the whole damm thing fell OFF. Heavy TV on HEAVY WOODEN BACKBOARD. Thank GOD my two year old wasnt standing there. CHEAP SHOTTY DANGEROUS BUILDING.
