I went into this location at 1:30 in the afternoon on a Thursday and there were three ladies working. All three of them stood all the way back at the registers during my entire visit, too busy in conversation to greet me, let alone help me. I gave up on wallflowers a few years ago and wanted to buy all new starters and refills to fragrance my entire home. I also had coupons with me and it took me a while to find an item that could be used for the terms of one of them. I should not have to seek help in a store of this size with three sales associates working. When I was ready and standing at the checkout, it was very uncomfortable because I felt like I was interrupting their socializing. the person checking me out, continued socializing with her coworkers while ringing up my items and didn’t even talk to me or asked me if I found everything that I was looking for. What’s worse is that I used to work for this company, and at this very location for a handful of years, so I know what goes into the job and how important it is not only for customer satisfaction, but shrink, to have someone at the front of the store greeting people. I am extremely confident that I could’ve grabbed a candle or two on my way out, and none of them would have even noticed. I will be coming back to this store again, and hopefully these girls can figure out how to better serve the company they represent and the clients coming in to spend their money.

New return policy is insane. Even with gift receipt can’t exchange a candle I received for the price that was paid. And then the associate couldn’t believe I didn’t already know it bc it’s all over TikTok. Not everyone is on TikTok and I’ve venture to say the majority of BBW target market isn’t.
