Repair work was done well, parts for a new car tended to take longer than wanted. I was kept well informed and agree getting it right was more important than cutting quality to get it sooner.

Anderson repaired our vehicle after a deer collision that caused significant front and side body damage. The estimate process was straightforward and accurate. Parts took some time to receive but that is the nature of the industry the past few years. Once the parts were received the repairs progressed quickly with many updates along the way. I was presented with an estimate in a timely manner, had no issues scheduling the repairs needed, and they were done well. Their communication was appreciated. I suppose the biggest surprise I had was when I picked up my truck and noticed they detailed my vehicle inside and out. I have used Anderson Collision since 1980 to the present (2022) and have had 10 vehicles repaired during this time. I never had even the slightest complaint on these repairs. The management and staff are great and take care of all my concerns and make all arrangements so I don't have to. When I pick up my vehicle, it is always perfect and immaculate both inside and out.
