This company is a rip off. The company I work for bought a container trailer there and they sent a title to a different title and doesn’t have serial numbers on the trailer. DO NOT buy from them. They didn’t answer after it was bought.

Bought a Semi truck from Kading ag they delivered the truck on January 14th and the delivery driver said they didn't have the title. I went ahead and paid them and Alex told me he would mail the title to me. Now January 26th and I still have not received the title and he either tells me they mailed it or never responds. Funny how he has cashed the check and now don't care about the rest. This is now costing me money not being able to use this truck. Also when it showed up they said the truck went into a regen and the driver states it would not regen so now the truck is in the shop. Had a blown air bag, air leak, and truck would not regen. Very poor communication and lack of care or respect. Can provide all the text conversations if anyone else has had same issues. Also promised to deliver truck multiple times and never did.

No issues with Kading allowed me to make payments for my tanker but they have to hold it till it gets paid off . Not a problem . Just be patient with them they have a business too. For the wait it paid off . Thanks you Kading and the workers for helping me with my truck and allowing me to help you too with broken boom on farm machine. Bill Dolan

We had recently bought a trailer from them and have had nothing but problems since we have had it. And then when calling/texting they are not very prompt at returning calls or don’t return at all. When finally reaching them they said “oh yeah, I forgot to mention that it had a hard time airing up” ..that would have been nice to know. We were even willing to trade the trailer in and buy a more expensive one that we could actually use and have yet to even get them to respond. As a business owner as well we pride ourselves on customer service and keeping our farmers/customers happy. We also love to support small businesses but not small businesses that treat other small businesses this way.

Very dishonest especially on trailer side of company of sales sold me a jeep with no vin no title and wrong from they start I took it back to give it back . To be ripped off 2,500 dollars of my money would not give me back wat I paid in full only had it four days I have reach out to iowa attorney general please be careful with company.
