“I don't know much about cigars, but this was a very nice shop that you could smell before you even got to the front doors. There was football on tv. The customer service was perfect. So glad my friend recommended this place. And there's that fun Cabin Sports Bar and Grill next door too. Parking can be a little cramped so watch out. Must be because these places are popular (for good reason).”

“I've been a regular at x-hale hookah for over 3 years. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, and the hookah that they serve in lounge is always made perfect and consistent every time. They also use a stainless steel mesh on top of the bowl to manage the heat and deliver a smooth long lasting session. The seatings are very comfortable, they have TVs and music playing in the background, it def provides you with perfect vibe in a traditional hookah lounge. If you get the chance to visit x-hale make sure to check out their retail floor, they have very interesting products that you won't find anywhere else in town. By far they have the largest hookah retail and accessories that you would find in town. I highly recommend this place, it's def worth checking out.”

“I haven't been there for some time as I am no longer able to drive or walk very far due to being permanently disabled from an assault. When I walked in I was pleasantly surprised at how much it has grown. They have so many different items. I was greeted right as I went in. I was picking up something for a friend. It was a pain for her to get as it was last. I couldn't believe the trouble she went to for me at one of their busiest times and monthly payday on top of it. You would have thought I was the only person in the store . As I waited for my waited I observed the other employees. They all were like that. I was big in customer service when I worked so I always observe. Hats off to the Hut!”

“This place has great prices and isn't too bad for cigarettes it's much lower in price than going to a gas station to get them and they have all kinds of cigarettes they also have an incentive to where you buy every 100 dollars in items you'll get 3.00 off your next visit. And the staff are always great at the window.”
