“Highly recommend. Chantel was working at the front desk when I arrived, and if I could train a AI model on hospitality using her behavior as a baseline I would. She dealt with phone calls, customers walking in, as well as some rather challenging personalities who had schedule changes or needed a towel, all the while she was trying to check me in. I am not sure I’ve ever witnessed multitasking with such efficiency and courtesy as I did when checking in.”
“Thankful that front desk services was kind enough to bring me a key to another room after letting him know that the A/C wasn't working. Carpets need a deep cleaning, otherwise it's a clean and quiet hotel.”

“We landed at midnight. I did not have a reservation and was turned away from two prior hotels. I knew they had rooms, but they weren't going to accommodate me at that late hour without a reservation. Holiday inn welcomed me. Needless to say I have nothing negative to say about the review. The beds were like big white clouds. The bathroom was spotless and completely stocked with better quality products. There's even a Keurig in the room! The breakfast was expansive and delicious. We were so tired and so worried about finding a place to sleep after such a long day. Thank you Sammi for making sure we were not going back out on the road. Highly recommend the Holiday inn near the Eppley Airfield in Omaha.”
