Car has been in the shop for almost 3 weeks and im still not getting any legit time frames. Rude staff hang answer the phone and put you on hold until they close. Asked for a loaner car because my car has been in the shop so long, of course they don't do loan vehicles.

This business along with its owner and City motor centers is the worst and I mean the worst place to buy a vehicle take a vehicle or do any business with them they are scammers they are cheaters they only do exactly what they have to do to get those cars running and then they sell them I am warning you do not buy a vehicle from City Motors at all you will be sorry

One of the most savage business people I have ever worked with. DO NOT USE. They don't check cars before selling them. They don't check AT ALL. If the car breaks down they have an auto shop in house but the possibility of them not fixing your problem and still charging you for labor and a part you didn't need isn't low.God forbid they have to repo the vehicle. They will steal everything out of the car and smile in your face when asked about your missing stuff knowing it's in their pockets. THEY STEAL!!!!

Got a car here. Found out a little bit later that the wiring harness and stuff with the exhaust is messed up and going to cost us $1500 to fix. I’ve complained, my boyfriend did and his dad and just my dad today. They’re not doing anything to help us get this fixed. They don’t even check their cars once they get them from auction. They just get them and put them on the lot ?

Great car place if you're in a pinch but don't have any emergency life situations because they are primarily about their money and will still repo a car 90% paid off over 1 payment behind ??
