I had called First National 1-800 hotline numbers multiple times and nobody could help me! I went into a different location and they were of no help either. Right when I walked into the 84th and Frederick location I was greeted nicely and felt very comfortable. Joe Panebianco, a personal banker at this location, was AMAZING! He called probably over 6 numbers and to get my situation figured out and he did not seem annoyed in the slightest. He was very clear and kind when explaining to me what happened with my account.
