“Was in town and needed a place to lift. Called and they said it would be no problem. Brian was the trainer and he was very welcoming. I myself am not a cross fit guy, more into power lifting. The facilities were great and Brain was very nice. Next time I'm in town I will be stopping by again .”
“I absolutely love this gym!!! Cody and Jace talked me into stepping outside of my comfort zone (I really don't like to do that) and it was for the best. I have been going to the gym since June and feel so much better!! I haven't noticed a change in myself (I don't like looking at myself) but others have noticed. I put on pants I haven't been able to get into and they fit!!! I am so glad I joined!! I feel so much better about myself and feel Great!! Thank you so much Jace, Cody, and staff ❤️”
