I described exactly how I wanted my hair and bangs, showed a picture, and length with my hands... yall will never guess what I got. Shoulder length hair when I wanted it chest length and basically microbangs when I wanted whispy side bangs 🤦♀️ Unless you want your hair cut way too short and choppy then don't go here

I took a picture in wanted layers that were chunky and stood out for more volume and body the final result was nothing like the picture didn't texture the layers like she said she would was horrible now I have to pay for a 2nd haircut to get what I wanted in the 1st place terrible experience

I just wanted to take a little off the sides and top. By the time my stylist was done, the cut was so bad I had to buzz what was left. Never going here again.

Cassie did an amazing job cutting my boys hair, she talked with them and I making my time comfortable in the beginning. But my issue was the other employee called (WENDY) she seemed to have something to say the entire time also she seemed to not have an issue making annoyed face gestures, I made a comment to Cassie “in how I trusted her now see how great she cut my first boys hair and (Wendy) turned and made a face and started nodding her head , she was also bothered that I chose Cassie to cut my boys hair , making a point out loud saying how she goes to work so she can work and not set down. And continue the entire time complaining all because I chose someone els. My son wanted a lollipop and Wendy said he could wait until his brother was finished. Over all Cassie did an amazing job but (Wendy made my time very uncomfortable and not worth it.

Was more than I expected happened to have some live music entertainment while I was waiting for my hair cut. The little lady who cut my hair also did a good job. Very laid back and relaxed environment.

We have had really good luck going here! Usually we can get in pretty last minute without a crazy wait. The app is pretty accurate as far as expected wait time. I wish I knew the lady's name but she was so great with my son. His hair cut looked fantastic too. The only reason I gave 4 and not 5 stars is she charged us an adult haircut instead of a children's and I didn't realize until we were all back in the car. I have only had one experience that was 1 star at the Carroll location and that was years ago.
