I called to request a quote on 2 portable pumps after finding them advertised on their website for $9,675. When the quote arrived the next day the price was $12,125 each along with the attached email. I requested them to honor their online price for at least 1 of the pumps which they refused to do. Beware of this company!! They have a 2.3 star rating for a reason.

I ordered and paid for a flashlight on 3/6. Today 4/30, still no delivery, no tracking number and no communication. I'm contacting credit card company today about a refund. -ND

Website showed in-stock however 19 days later they have yet to ship. Nothing said backorder or mentioned lead time, it just never shipped. We had to cancel our order.

Update: They sent me a copy of the shipping slip with tracking number. Should of have sent it on the day the items shipped. Would have saved me numerous phone calls. Updated to three stars. The company needs to work on communications..Worst company to deal with. Ordered items and never shipped when they said they would ship. Get the run around when you try to cancel the order. Stay away from this company.

horrible customer service. Ordered something on their website that was supposed to be in stock but never delivered cause it was on back order. ZERO communication to their customers. Buy from somewhere else!!

Their website shows things in stock, but 11 days on my boots haven't shipped. Finally get a response to my email, that says my boots will ship directly from the manufacturer "sometime next week". 18 days to ship an in stock item.... hard pass.They fooled me, but now you've been warned. Don't buy from Feld Fire.

Ordered a dash light from this company. Tried to contact them about why it’s taking so long. Sent multiple emails, called left messages with no response. By looking at other reviews of people having the same issues as me this doesn’t seem to be a very reputable company to do business with. Very disappointing when places like this need to rip people off to thrive. This company should be ashamed of themselves.

I ordered two items in a week, they said that delivery was possible in two weeks, they refused to cancel the order. One item arrived not what I ordered. do not respond to requests.

I'll adjust this rating if and when things change. but I ordered an item, they listed as in stock, Jan 4. today is the 29th and it is still not here.
I contacted them last week and they said it was shipping the 19th. 10 days later, I have no idea what is to be expected. My inclination is to file a claim, but I'll be a little more understanding. I've once again asked about the status, I will wait to here that answer before filing my complaint.

I have sent multiple emails to their customer service department and no one has responded. I ordered a item from them a month ago and it has not come in. I would not suggest ordering from this company
