Called and asked for information on tires for our vehicle. They had all the questions answered and with prices. Lined up an appointment and service was easy to drop off and was able to have them deliver it back to my work location. That's service in a small town for ya.. Thanks Brandon for all your help and great service.

I was traveling along Hwy 30 and was having a tire losing pressure. They quickly squeezed me in. Showed me how a previous tire batch by a different company was leaking. Solved my problem and got me back on the road within an hour. Great people.

I took my vehicle to them to have it aligned and the tires rotated, I called around to different places in the area and they were the most reasonably priced. I would be leery of using them if you are a woman I feel taken advance of after being told my vehicle was aligned my vehicle less than a week later was found to of had a bad wheel bearing, a bad upper ball joint, and according to my husband who is a mechanic there was no sign of any actual alignment being done. The company said that they did the work but didn’t do anything that was required to do the work. No component of the front suspension should be broken or in need of repair if an alignment is done because of broken components or worn components alignment would be impossible. They gladly charged me for work that they didn’t do and didn’t even mention the obvious repairs needed to keep my vehicle working properly, they just rotated my tires and sent me on my way putting myself and and my family in danger. Just a heads up to others!

Took my "05 Toyota sienna to get an alignment after replacing everything i could up front steering and suspension wise this included new struts, steering rack, inner and outer tie rods, lower control arms, ball joints, motor mounts, and steering stabilizer links. They did a 4 wheel alignment on it even though the rears can not be adjusted at all on the sienna's. after they were done with the alignment I took it home and was thinking it was all good and that i was good. a few days of driving it and the van was back to drifting to the left or right, wheel shaking, and hitting a bump on either side of the van would make the wheel go towards said side.Called up the shop and told them what was going on they had me bring it back up and all the tech did was drove it and said he didn't see anything wrong but said the only thing he was able to adjust on my van was the toe-in and that was it even though there is still some room for adjustment for camber with the 2 bolts that the strut bolts to the spindle with to make the camber adjustment. i was told it had to be my tires were coned which made no sense cause the tech didn't even try looking to make sure the tires were the issue he just automatically points it to being the tires and not the work he had done on my van.I decided i would take it home and try rotating the front wheels to the back and see if his coned tire theory was right... well what do you know it is still doing the same thing the tires don't look like they have any issues and feel alright. After doing this and driving it down the interstate going 70mph to get to a dentist appointment I decided to call up the shop one last time to talk with the shop manager and figure out something sense the tech couldn't fully align my van I wanted something done about it after paying almost 90 dollars for something that wasn't even done correctly or all the way. When i called the shop for the last time i got a older man answering the phone and i asked for the shop manager who from what this man told me was not in the shop and usually isn't there after 9am which makes no sense as you would figure the shop manager should be there right?so instead i explained everything that has happened up until now to this man and he insists it has to be something in the steering... in the steering? i asked him and he said yes in the steering... what do you mean i asked him and all he could say is well your steering rack could be defective and it has nothing to do with the alignment. after this i ask the guy as i was not getting anywhere with him if they provided the spec sheets for before and after an alignment was done as that should be a normal thing they give you when you get an alignment done and he automatically jumps to umm let me see if the shop manager is still in (this was around 12pm now and the manager apparently left at 9am from what he was saying when i first started talking with him so why would the manager be there now?) and i was put on hold... I hung up and not going to bother with this garbage of a shop if they wont own up to their own mistakes... and i am taking my van to a dealership now to fix what they didn't fix and their poor job.if you want to get an alignment I advise don't bother going here and just go to the dealership they are around the same price either way and the dealership should know exactly how to do the work if they specialize in your vehicle.
