DO NOT RENT ONE OF THESE HOMES! I have lived here for four months. Rented the townhome site unseen due to a relocation. They are cheaply built and the cleaning crew and maintenance guy are a joke! I moved in and there was all sorts of objects left in the carpet upstairs that had supposedly been shampooed. Nothing was clean. Cobwebs on light fixtures, dirt on ceiling fans, crap behind the fridge, etc. Since I moved in, I have had to have the dryer replaced (maintenance said it was working fine, but would only run for five minutes and shut off) Had to call twice for that. Bathroom exhaust fan fixed, vertical blinds fall off track, shower and sink won't drain, fridge won't stay cold, milk got chunky after three days and was told I needed to stock my freezer a certain way to allow for air flow! A/C wasn't working for the long weekend, kitchen drawer front fell off because maintenance had tried to fix with nails instead of glue! Dishwasher doesn't clean dishes. They put in the cheapest POS appliances and then have the nerve to charge people $1250 a month in rent! Closet doors for the laundry stuck and was almost impossible to pull open. Tub spout was "caulked" into place. Pull up for a shower and it almost comes out of the wall. Maintenance came in and pulled all lint from the dryer and left it on the carpet for me to clean up. Came home today and had to clean up foot prints off my kitchen mats and kitchen counter. Absolutely no respect.
