Always has what we are looking for! Plus, and I’m honestly nervous about sharing this secret, but their flowers/plants have been the healthiest I’ve found in a 20 mile radius. They’ve outlasted some of my higher dollar big box plants!The customer service of a local hardware store is unmatched. You just don’t find helpful service elsewhere like you do at True Value!

Great mom and pop hardware store. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. Very competitive prices that are often lower than the big box store. If what you need isn't on the shelf, they will order it for you with no fuss. I have gone in for some pretty unique items and the crew here never fails to help me solve my problem.

Super helpful every single time I’ve ever been there. They always have what I need, and there have been a couple of times I went in with an odd request. They always stop what they’re doing, and go back with me to figure out what they have there to get me going and back on my way. I love this store. It feels great knowing you are spending your money in the small community you live in.
