It was a quick and painless transaction, where she actually saved me money going from a 30 year loan, to a 15 year loan.My last transaction was the best one I have had yet. We had no intentions on moving, however, a home came up on the market that we loved. I contacted Kristina right away, and in 30 minutes, she had me approved without contingency to sell my other home first. Through every step of the way, Kristina was there, answering all of my annoying questions and taking all of my probably unnecessary phone calls, haha!
