Please go anywhere else but this bank! They will add fake insurance to your loan agreement and charge you and extra $4k on top of your loan without telling you. Trust me!!!!

feel sorry if you have to deal with these people. most of them are rude.. sara is very rude and will hang up on you and say very nasty things! bank somewhere else so you dont have to deal with rude nasty people!

Not military friendly! When you are deployed and need to pay your loan over the phone they charge a $10 convenience fee, then tell you it's biased when asked if they could wave that fee due to the circumstances. Way to support our military overseas!

In my 50 years in Clinton I have dealt with 4 banks. All gave good service but 1st Gateway CU has by far been the best service, the best people and most importantly, the first ones who believed in me personally. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Has anyone tried to get a Covid-19 loan at this bank which was supposed to be for those impacted by Covid-19. When I had inquired I was told that I did not qualify because I had a job, however at the same time I did not qualify for a traditional loan because of lack of time on job (laid-off from previous job). A little nutty "Catch-22".

I really wouldn't recommend this bank for loans or in general at all. I applied for a mortage loan and got denied because of my length of employment and limited credit history. I've been at my job for 3 and a half years, also my credit score is good. I called to check on my application twice and the loan person Lance was never available and didnt return my call. I applied with Du Trac and got a huge approve amount for me to get my house. I just think it's odd to get denied like that but another bank was able to loan me such a huge amount. And I don't understand how 3 and a half years at a job isn't a good length of employment? Just horrible service and really disappointed. I'll be closing my account there due to this
