after my girlfriend and my car became seized. or in actually it was more hijacked and so we were held captive and forced to stay in the modern day pirates torture chamber. I didn't actually think life could have gotten any worse since that day. let me tell you. I have never been this happy before that day for the last five months the most amazing person walked into my life in april. then the most amazing thing happened to me in april.I met my best friend that I prefer to be known as my soul mate and the love of my life. well I fell in love and I don't mean just a I love you thought or a station you arrive at with motions. I mean that true connection where all you want to do is love her crazily and become the part of her life everyday you wouldn't know what to feel and what to do if that special someone wasn't with you when you went to sleep or another dawn collapsing. I guess I would say that night I got my life taken away from me and my feelings ??are just undescribable. so the next morning I go to lambirths and I give them 200 cash and my bill is 197. so they couldn't even give me a measley 3 dollars I mean what type of business can't even keep a til for the public to keep true to people who depend on there services when they are forced to use them. I don't feel like they even took care of my vehicle while they were in possession of it. so not a good review for me to them

If you want Highway robbery, this is the place to go. I was in an accident to where my vehicle had to be pulled out from the ditch and towed away. After what was maybe a half hour of the truck being on scene to winch the vehicle out, it was driven onto the truck bed and towed to my parents home.To break it all down, from the winch out and towing (22 miles over all), it costed me $650. The best part? The receipt never broke it down to what costs what. so the operator basically said "lets go with this number and not say why" and for the record, my insurance only covers $100 for any and all towing.Next time, I'll wait a while longer to get a company that won't break the bank cause I'm never using these guys again.Update: After numerous calls the owner finally decided to "make things right" so instead of 650, he refunded a measly $100 still leaving me at over twice the market price of anyone else. Auberts towing would've been about 225-250, and Ankeny Towing about 300 with the extra mileage to come down and get it.

Awful experience. Put two new tires on for me and bought the most expensive ones they sold without my permission. When I complained they charged my credit card anyway without my permission and refused to talk to me about it. Unethical businessman and a coward.

Amazing!!! At midnight my son put his car in a ditch. They came right out and got it out with ease and no damage to the car. Curtis was nice, courteous, and amazing. Highly recommend.
