This place is a joke. Still haven't got service the tech car broke down and somehow that's my fault. They claim to provide the same service to their customers as their family and friends. All I can say is I'm glad I'm not invited to the cook outs.

I would give them negative stars if I could. They cancel so many repair appointments on short notice. Poor customer service.

Rude and hateful customer service. They act like customers don't have jobs and basically if you're the only adult in the household you have to take time off work to meet THEIR schedule for installation. They only offer 2 time slots 8-11 or 2-5, no weelends
