I was having trouble setting up my cell router g1000 called customer service. The lady I talked to was a pro and walked me through all the steps. I was on the phone for over a hour with her. She got it going I very much appreciate her help thanks.

Great company to deal with. I bought 2 products recently. Mobile satellite and a portible antenna both products exceeded any expectations plus a lot more. I would buy from again

We've just bought an older rv, and the antenna raising handle was broken. I emailed Winegard, the manufacturer and 15 minutes and two replies later a new replacement was being mailed to us free of charge. I think that's great customer service, thanks Winegard
