Service isn’t as great as it used to be. Used to be able to pick up my prescriptions The same day they were put in and now it takes a while. Waiting in line to pick them up is ridiculous. Sit for an hour in the car in the drive thru just to pick up one prescription isn’t my idea of a good time. Ended up switching pharmacies because of this.

The quality of the service has gone down. This is the second time I call to have my prescription ready for pick up and it’s not ready when I get there. I called this past Saturday and said I needed to make sure 2 prescriptions were ready for pick up on Monday. Only 1 of my prescriptions was ready. They told me that I would have to come the next day to pick it up. Unacceptable. They did not even apologize. Their lines are long always, and I don’t have the time to wait around. I’ll be switching pharmacies.

The lady with the short brown hair is always SO rude. So today I tried to make a little joke and she flew off the handle at me. She is always like that. She hates her job obviously. They could do better.

I go here usually for medication and they are always very welcoming and quick and informative. I really appreciate the patience and understanding. The staff are just delightful. The place is always very clean and nicely stocked. I strongly recommend, especially if your looking for makeup, drinks and snacks, toys for kids, medication pickups etc.

The worst Walgreens Pharmacy that I've been to nationwide. I just moved here from The Bay Area, California. Staci S. the pharmacy technician was beyond rude to my mother and I. Quite surprising given that this is a small town. I've always known Burlington to be charming and welcoming. I'm very disappointed in her behavior towards us. Doesn't match the Walgreens customer service that I'm used to. She seems very miserable at her job.
