“U-Haul Rep dove into my trunk like Superman while in a suit, suit jacket, white shirt, and gorgeous shoes!! He did it with humor and style!Best customer service I have received at any U-Haul company. I dropped off a car trailer with my car still on the trailer. Due to when I pick up the trailer in a small town in Missouri, the rep for U-Haul had me drive my two door coup onto the trailer. No problems until he realized I couldn't get out of the car. I ended up climbing out of the car Dukes of Hazzard style. I asked how I was supposed to get back into the car, and he said something like I am sure they will know how to get the car off the trailer where you are going. I didn't have much hope at the time regarding how I was going to get my car off the trailer. But, since I was driving a 15 foot truck and pulling the car trailer alone, I didn't have much choice, at the time.As soon as possible after arriving in Burlington, I took the trailer to U-Haul. I explained the issue about not being able to get into my car, and the only way I knew a way in was for me to get a stepstool and climb into the trunk and go through the seats which were partially folded down. He was as baffled as I was on how to get into the car. Before I knew it,he dove into the trunk (which when on the large trailer is a good ways off the ground) as if he were diving into a pool but the opposite way. He didn't even take off his suit jacket! He managed to get all the way inside the car and start it without messing up his suit. It was like watching Superman.My mother was with me and she was so excited about seeing him do this I thought I was going to find her a chair to sit.Everything went well afterwards and we went on out way.I brought the truck back on the 10th. The same rep was there in the parking lot talking with someone. He saw us drive up and we both laughed. He told me he found out there was a latch on the driver's side which allowed the fender on the trailer to fold down so the driver could get out. We all had a great laugh over this.The only complaint I have is maybe U-Haul needs to provide more training around the country regarding the car trailers. I will continue to use this U-Haul business for any other needs I may need in the future. I recommend them highly!”
