Dropped my laptop off at Staples I was Having numerous issues, could not install Chrome for instance, They made the necessary repairs and finished in a reasonable amount of time.

What in the world is going on here?! Employees are FaceTiming their Baby Daddy behind the cash register having an argument for the whole store to hear. (I'm pretty sure they are the supervisor) Another Employee is jumping over the counter instead of walking around like a normal person. Our order was done yesterday night and we came to pick it up and they can't find it. (Happened to another lady that drove 45 minutes away) so we went are ran errands for 2 hours while they made our order again. We come back and they don't have it done and found our original order under some papers. Just wasted 4 hours of my day. There is so much crap and junk just laying around. No wonder they can't find anything. UNBELIEVABLE

They need to update their hours to reflect what services are actually available when. Drove 40 mins to get a poster printed because they are the closest print service only to find out they aren't printing.

After arriving at the store, I toured the store for ten minutes Before someone acknowledged me tat they would be with me shortly.After a twenty five minute, wait with no one else in the store, I decided it was time to just go somewhere else.After waiting another ten minutes, I decided to leave as I was leaving the person who acknowledged me was leaving the store with out A word to me that they were leaving. They looked straight at me and left.So much for my customer experience.I was going to buy a p c but apparently not today.

I went to buy a home printer today, I asked the cashier if there were any coupons I may have missed. He started to look, and another employee told him he couldn’t look coupons up for customers. It was unethical. I asked him if it was unethical to help paying customers get the best deal? He just smirked that they could get fired for it. I went and bought the same printer from Target, and the extra ink was cheaper. They lost my business forever. TERRIBLE customer service!
