I’ve gone there twice. Once for service and once to purchase a new machine. For the service visit I was told repeatedly that my machine was old but that if I could procure parts they would try to fix it. I can’t trouble shoot myself so not helpful. I went back to purchase a new machine and they didn’t even acknowledge that I walked in the door. I looked at the machines on display and still no one acknowledged my presence. I won’t go back.

I purchased my machine back in 2008 still runs great. I recently purchased a used machine at a thrift store and it had some issues, Alice fixed it right away and at a reasonable price. Great service.

We called thinking we would need to bring our sewing machine in. Alice was able to immediately recognize our problem (user error!) over the phone. Always friendly and knowledgeable.
