Incredible facility with incredible people. It is a growing gem of the local Burlington community that provides access to entertainment, sports, family fun, and business venues for starters.Brand new collegiate-sized basketball courts, Go-kart racing, a large water park, and beautiful casino.Highly recommend to anyone visiting historic Burlington, IA.

Came in at 9:10pm asked the attendant with the purple hair if food could be ordered she said the only thing we can order was pizza. Ordered pizza then after the fact complained about how I I packed an order and said "she shouldn't have ordered food so damn late" the attendant easily could have told me the entire kitchen was closed to avoid the extra work. As my party bowled, they proceeded to turn the lights off and make glares.

Fun City's go cart track is crap, now there's no more double carts so your kids can't ride with you. It kind of kills the whole fun thing when it comes to fun City just thought I'd let you know

Absolutely amazing how long the check in process took when I had ALREADY called in and gave all my info over the phone. My Goodness. Plus we bought a voucher to the arcade and half the games just stole our money. Lol. Literally lost more money playing... trying to place the games than we did in the Casino.The room was very nice though.

The arcade is super fun, great for kids. The staff are very friendly and the place is clean and well kept. The pools always a good time. The life guards are nice. However, it can get very crowded and their isn't enough tubes alot of times. There's the lazy river, then the pool. There aren't age restrictions, but the pools more for the younger kids and the lazy river is for older kids or adults safety wise. Just cause the lazy river can be a little chaotic when it's packed. I had an awesome time, I strongly recommend funcity to everybody. It's a good family day out for sure!

My family came to Fun City for the weekend. We unknowingly left 2 of our Apple watches. We searched our house high and low and were unable to find them. We then remembered we could go to find my app. Both watches were last pinged at the resort. We called and spoke to security...come to find out they dispose of these items after so many days. We were told this is policy. I do not see that stated anywhere. It would have been left in our rooms so why not call us and ask if we left anything before disposal? Also, while here, we ordered food and were told the kitchen was closed 30 minutes before closing time. Not only this but many of the games had problems and the 3D stuff was all closed. I never make bad reviews but I am hoping no one else ever has the experience we did. Would have given them another chance had they not destroyed such an expensive item! Hucks Harbor is also currently closed
