She was kind of helpful but did not inform me it's much easier to go to Kohl's to send back my Amazon return. Which was way easier than what she had me try to do.

Direct TV sent me a box to send their items back to them. The box was so small the items wouldn't fit. I gave them a larger box. The very friendly employee starting packing larger box, put the direct tv label on it and it was sent that afternoonI highly recommend this organization.

Great place to go to have my items boxed up as they often create a custom box for me on the spot. They charge a reasonable price for their services and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful in providing for my needs. Great place to do business!!

Pamela went above and beyond to help me. I went in 5 minutes before close she walked me through how to return my packages. She was very nice and upbeat and did not act at all frustrated that I came in 5 minutes before close. I would come back anytime to send a package she made the experience great.
