Would have been a 5 the store staff was great, the delivery drives polite and efficient. Didn't get anything hooked up though I had been told they would. Didn't get all of the parts to do connections for the dishwasher and stove and still have not have also not been reimbursed since I already paid for those items. The store manager called after 8 attempts to contact them, he was a complete jerk. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

Cheryl in the paint center is such a delight. She took the time to help me figure out what I needed and seemed genuinely happy to do so. It was a very pleasant experience.

A good Lowes. We've bought a lot of home rebuilding supplies and appliances there.
Including our Bosch mini-split system, which seems to be as good as a Diakin we owned before.

Sales associate sold me a 30 inch door. It's marked as a 30 inch door. It rang up as a 30 inch door. After driving home an hour away find out it's a 32 inch door. I regret not going to Menards.

Unable to reach manager after five attempts. Purchased non drying electric dryer just over a month ago. Still working on resolution. Never been so dissatisfied with customer service. True rating -3 stars.
