Lowe's is a good home improvement store where customers have bought a lot of home rebuilding supplies and appliances, including a Bosch mini-split system that seems as good as a Diakin they owned before. When a customer had a question about their purchase, Tyler at the service desk was polite, knowledgeable, and able to assist them. The store is very clean, and the staff is generally helpful, though the appliances area could use more attention and dedicated team members. Customers have had great experiences with helpful employees like Sid in appliances, Riley in plumbing, and Gerald at checkout, who were patient and knowledgeable. Even at the self-service checkout, a staff member was there to provide assistance.
Cheryl in the paint center is such a delight. She took the time to help me figure out what I needed and seemed genuinely happy to do so. It was a very pleasant experience.
